The one rule we take to every city
it costs nothing and changes the trip.
Three cities, one habit that makes all of them better, and it costs nothing.

Every city on this site rewards the same small discipline, and it has nothing to do with what you book. Work out the hour the place is at its best, and arrange one day around that hour instead of around a list.
In Lisbon it is eight in the morning on a viewpoint. In Rome it is seven, before the centre wakes up. In Mexico City it is the hour after sunrise in a park full of people exercising their dogs. None of these are attractions. All of them are the reason people come back.
Less researching, more being there. The research is only there to buy you the hour.
The rest of the planning on this site exists to make that hour possible — to stop you spending it in a queue, on a tram going the wrong way, or on a square you could have walked past. That is the whole proposition, and it is why most of what we publish is free.
If that is useful to you, the newsletter is where the next version of it turns up. It is free, it is not a membership, and there is nothing behind it to buy.
Researched from published sources rather than a personal visit. Check before you go.
