Three forms and a bookmark list. That is the whole of it, and this page explains each one.
Your Next Stop Club is the data controller. Contact: yournextstopclub@gmail.com.
Newsletter. Your email address, which part of the site you signed up from, and the date and version of the consent you gave. Lawful basis: consent. We keep it until you unsubscribe.
Partnership enquiries. Name, company, email, website, the kind of collaboration, the market, an optional budget range, and your message. Lawful basis: consent, and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. Kept for two years from last contact.
Event interest. Email, optionally a city, and which kinds of event interest you. The marketing consent on that form is separate from the contact consent — ticking one does not opt you into the other.
Contact form. Name, email, topic and message. Kept for two years.
To stop the forms being used to send bulk submissions, we count requests per visitor in a fixed time window. Your IP address is hashed with a secret salt before it is stored — the raw address is never written to the database, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it. These records are routinely deleted.
The bookmark list lives in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us, we cannot see it, and clearing your site data clears it. There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to log in to.
No analytics provider is connected and no advertising or tracking cookies are set. The application stores two small values in your browser: your saved list, and whether you dismissed the demo banner. Neither leaves your device.
If an analytics provider is added later, this page will be updated first and the events collected are already restricted to non-identifying counts — no names, addresses, or text you typed.
The database is hosted on Railway. If owner notification email is enabled, enquiry details are passed to Resend to deliver that one message. No data is sold, and none is shared for advertising.
Map tiles are requested from the configured tile provider as you use the map, which means that provider sees your IP address in the normal course of serving an image. The current provider is named in the attribution on the map itself.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email yournextstopclub@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe.
If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
